My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were not as nice as portrayed on the website but were still comfortable and acceptable, especially room 121 facing the garden. However, the bathrooms were a bit worn and not as clean as I would prefer. The service was outstanding towards us and our guests, with a warm greeting and good attitude from the staff, but there were instances where they lacked knowledge and didn’t offer assistance when needed. The location was good, with plenty of dining options within a five-minute drive, although the size of the hotel felt mismatched, and the wait for the single waffle maker was quite long. The dining experience was surprising with a waffle iron and some waffle batter available, but the selection was limited, so we ended up dining elsewhere. Overall, the hotel offers an okay experience, not outstanding but not terrible either.
